Our coaches are highly experienced and knowledgeable in their respective sports, and they are dedicated to providing personalized attention to each athlete to ensure that they receive the support and guidance they need to succeed. They work closely with athletes to develop personalized training plans that address their strengths and weaknesses and help them achieve their goals.

History

Ajaokuta Sports Academy (known initially as Ajaokuta Football Academy) was initiated and established by Engr. Mohamed Abdulqadir and Ref Oluwatoyin Shamsudeen Ekun on January 10th, 2007, on the passionate ground to revamp the dying football presence in the steel city of Ajaokuta.

Mohamed saw the need to continue the strong football enthusiasm within the community where he grew up. Ajaokuta Football Academy is now one of the teams under Ajaokuta Sports Academy.

Ajaokuta Football Academy (AFA) has produced well over 300 players today ranging from U13 to U23 and is an affiliate of the Kogi state Football Association, and by extension duly registered with Nigerian Football Federation - the football governing body in Nigeria.
